Country-of-residence rate loading
- UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia: typically no loading (accepted by most of panel).
- USA: typically +0.25 percent, restricted subset of lenders (FATCA overhead).
- EU (Ireland, France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany): no loading, some lender exclusions post-Brexit.
- Other jurisdictions: assessed per case; sanctions-listed jurisdictions declined.
